Effective October 1, 2013

Customers/Employees must fully complete Enrollment in the Best Collateral Rewards Program within sixty (60) days of Account Initiation. Enrollment not completed within 60 days will result in the forfeiture of any accumulated points and an inability to earn future points until the Enrollment has been completed.

Customers/Employees who began Account Initiation after June 1, 2011 but before October 1, 2013 have until November 30, 2013 to complete Enrollment and earn Rewards Points on Qualified Transactions occurring between Account Initiation and Enrollment. If Enrollment is not completed by November 30, 2013, all accumulated points will be forfeited and no new points will be earned until Enrollment is complete.
