The 504 sq. in. carbon-steel flat top cooking surface fits up to 24 burgers at a time, along with every other meal in between. The combined 30,000 BTUs between two stainless steel burners gives you cooking temps up to 600 F for high-heat searing. The side shelves feature integrated condiment caddies to store all of your sauces and spices while cooking. The griddle includes a hood to protect the griddle surface between uses.
